We're looking for a strategic and visionary Director of SEO /GEO to lead our global organic growth initiatives. This role is critical for establishing a clear strategic direction, mentoring our talented SEO team, and fostering seamless cross-functional alignment. You'll be instrumental in driving organic search performance and shaping the future of search experiences on our platform.
What am I going to do?:
* Lead, mentor, and empower the SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development through a new mentorship framework.
* Develop and implement a foundational strategy for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), focusing on AI-driven search visibility.
* Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to drive cohesive organic growth strategies.
* Establish and oversee comprehensive performance reporting mechanisms for organic growth, delivering insights to executive leadership.
* Manage the SEO budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize impact and ROI.
