Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
20+ years of experience in advanced multidisciplinary technology development.
Proven experience leading R D organizations developing complex hardware-software products.
Strong technical background in areas such as ASIC, FPGA, semiconductors, signal processing, communications systems, sensors, optics, Embedded systems, or related technologies.
Demonstrated success taking sophisticated products from concept and architecture through development, validation, NPI, manufacturing, and market deployment.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing engineering managers.
Strong systems-level understanding and ability to navigate cross-functional technical challenges.
Track record of operating effectively in startup and growth-stage environments.
