We are seeking a skilled data Admin to support data driven decision making across our fintech operations. This role is responsible for working with various databases, developing BI reports and dashboards, and performing cross department analysis to support product, marketing, risk, compliance, and finance teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how the fintech industry operates, including, transactions, user lifecycle, and regulatory considerations, and is able to turn large and complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
Remote position, Monday to Friday, working according to US hours.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a data Analyst
Experience working with relational databases and SQL
Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting
Ability to perform cross department and cross functional data analysis
Solid understanding of fintech concepts such as traffic acquisition, transactions, trading and user behaviour
Experience analysing large data sets and identifying trends and anomalies
Strong analytical thinking
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders
Experience in the gaming or online entertainment industry is an advantage
