Were looking for an AI Lead to lead the design and development of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions, with strong experience in SAP environments.
This is an AI-focused role for someone who understands how to connect LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications - while working closely with SAP as a core business system.
What youll do:
-Lead the architecture and hands-on development of AI and Generative AI solutions.
-Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, APIs, and external AI services.
-Integrate AI platforms with SAP, enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
-Take AI initiatives from PoC to secure, scalable production solutions.
-Evaluate SAP and non- SAP technologies according to business and technical needs.
-Work with SAP, data, Cloud, Architecture, Security, and business teams.
Requirements: What were looking for:
-Hands-on experience developing AI or Generative AI solutions.
-Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
-Strong development background in Python, JAVA, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
-3+ years of SAP development experience.
-Strong hands-on ABAP development experience - mandatory.
-Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP integrations.
-Broad architectural thinking and the ability to design end-to-end solutions.
-Experience leading technical activities or mentoring developers.
