Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a salesforce Implementer
salesforce Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, platform capabilities, permissions management, objects and field types, Flows, custom apps, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and more
Lightning Proficiency: Skilled in Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
Cloud Mastery: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Entitlement Management
Business Insight: Proven ability to analyze business requirements, design effective processes, and ensure smooth user adoption
Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional service skills with a focus on understanding and addressin
