We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join ou Professional Services team. As a Solution Architect, you will help bridge the gap between our technical products and our clients' needs and in delivering tailored solutions to our clients using our SaaS offerings, as part of new clients' onboarding process. You will collaborate with clients, implementation engineers, and other partners to ensure the successful deployment of our SaaS solutions, meeting the business needs of each client.

This is a #HYBRID role, based in our Ramat Gan office, and reporting into the Senior Manager, Customer Success, who is also based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Project Scope: Work with clients to define project scope and deliverables.
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their unique requirements and goals.
Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform, and its capabilities. Stay updated on industry best practices, latest technologies, and trends related to SaaS architecture and solutions.
Client Collaboration: Participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to lead the discovery phase, in which the requirements will be gathered, and communicate the proposed solution to clients. Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical decisions and trade-offs.
Customization and Integration: Identify opportunities for customizations and integrations to tailor the solution to our client's specific needs. Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure successful implementation.

Architectural Design: Define and Document the overall structure of the software and how components will interact, to ensure the architecture supports current and future business needs.

Scalability and Performance: Design systems to handle large-scale data and user load.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Architect to join our R&D team.
This is an excellent opportunity to architect a large-scale infrastructure and employ state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Perform requirements shaping and mapping to architecture software components.
Responsibilities:
Build the product architecture together with all R&D teams interfaces, technology stack, deployment flowchart, and architecture process
Provide technical and methodology guidance to the teams

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Architect to join our R&D Team.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across our platforms
Lead Quality assurance efforts that align with product objectives to ship products rapidly and with confidence
Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts across our services
Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure the reliability of product
Plan and lead NFR testing
Define guidelines and best practices for our automation and manual testing procedures.

As a Software Automation Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks and strategies that enhance our software development lifecycle. In addition to your technical expertise, you will manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, ensuring the successful execution of automation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes, improving the overall efficiency and quality of our software products.
