This position will be ideal for an experienced creative who understands and loves digital product design and also has a design-studio spirit, where a day of work will go through a variety of companies, from early-stage start-ups to global corporations, locally and abroad, to understand their needs and cultivate relationships. In Zemingo, you will be a leader and drive our work, bridge the needs and challenges of our clients, and oversee the solutions and implementation of it, managing budget, timeline, work assignment, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, driven designer who has previously worked on a variety of projects in different categories, with a background in a managerial or client-facing role, can inspire, motivate, and guide young designers, have strong organizational skills, and can handle accounts and client needs.

Were looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product Design team and take full ownership of the Research discipline. Lead impactful research initiatives in different regions and user types, while working with stakeholders to create superior user experiences.
Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to identify research topics and create actionable research plans that align with business goals.
Conduct various generative and evaluative research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and more. This includes research planning, participant recruitment, execution, analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the process.
Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights that fuel ideation, inform product decisions, and evaluate designs.
Communicate insights and recommendations in compelling ways
Leverage AI tools to enhance the impact and effectiveness of UX research, building new processes and shape how AI will transform the way we understand our users.
Mentor PMs and designers to support research democratization efforts
Effectively manage and prioritize research projects
Build a UX Research knowledge base about our users and our product, while continuously expanding its scope. Provide key stakeholders across the organization with access to research methodologies, documentation, findings, and valuable insights.
