Were looking for a hands-on, strategic Head of Product Design to lead our multidisciplinary design team and shape next-generation fan experiences across mobile, web, and TV. Youll define and own the product design vision creating intuitive, engaging interfaces that connect millions of fans with the sports they love.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor product, UX, and visual designers.
Define and execute design strategy and systems across platforms.
Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver seamless user experiences.
Drive innovation through experimentation, motion, and storytelling.
Requirements: 8+ years in digital product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to operate on both strategic and hands-on levels, from vision to execution.
Track record delivering B2C design across mobile and web; connected TV experience is a strong advantage.
A compelling portfolio showcasing interactive, high-engagement digital experiences.
Deep experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
Passion for fan-centered design community, gamification, motion, and storytelling.
Demonstrated success in scaling design teams, systems, and processes.
Strong passion for sports and fan behavior essential.
