we are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a solid background in marketing tech-stack management, digital marketing channels, and marketing operations. This role is essential for streamlining our marketing efforts by ensuring alignment between organization goals and systems, and improving the quality and velocity of our marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
* Marketing Tech-Stack Management - oversee and optimize our marketing systems and tools (including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, event platforms, analytics tools), and work collaboratively with the revops team for seamless integration, enhancements.
* data Management and Analytics - ensure data quality and compliance. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
* Lead Management - Manage the lead generation and lead lifecycle processes (creation, optimization, data flow, etc.)
* Campaign Management - manage operational processes and automations, including setting up forms, automated emails, UTMs generation, testing, data import and analysis.

Requirements: Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations/automations - preferably in a SaaS company
* Demonstrated experience with marketing technology tools and platforms such as marketing automations platforms, event platforms, email marketing tools, marketing contents platform, lead generation tools.
* At least 2 years hands-on experience with HubSpot, including implementing and maintaining workflows, forms, email templates, data management, system administration, and Integration with SFDC - a Must
* Experience working with Webflow
* Strong understanding of marketing data and reporting, preferably with Looker Studio and salesforce.
* Business-oriented with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and approaches
* Strong project management skills - a Must
* Experience working with business stakeholders and ability to analyze business requirements
* Great passion for information systems, technology, and processes
* Strong self-learning abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required (English) Advantage
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager skills and hands-on experience
* Hands-on experience with salesforce, Workato
