We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves providing hands-on Technical Support, managing ESXi environments, maintaining Active Directory, and supporting the companys network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line Technical Support to end users (phone, email, chat).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
Assist users with login, password reset, and access management.
Manage and maintain ESXi virtualization environments.
Administer Windows Active Directory, including user and group management and Group Policy implementation.
Requirements: Proven experience in IT helpdesk or a similar Technical Support role.
Strong knowledge of ESXi, Windows Active Directory, and networking must.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Very high level of English both written and spoken required.
Continuous learning mindset and passion for new technologies.
