Were building a modern engineering platform that helps R&D teams move faster, ship safely, and operate reliably at scale.
The Platform Team owns our AWS infrastructure and engineering platform - including cloud architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, automation, and developer experience.
Were looking for a hands-on technical leader to scale our platform, improve engineering workflows, and build self-service capabilities that reduce engineering friction across the organization.
We treat the platform as a product for engineers, focused on reliability, usability, automation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Platform Team while staying deeply hands-on
Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure, production environments, and cloud operations
Drive infrastructure and platform initiatives around EKS, Lambda, CI/CD, observability, and automation
Lead the migration to GitHub Actions and improve developer experience and engineering workflows across teams
Build self-service platform capabilities, reusable tooling, and standardized engineering workflows
Partner closely with R&D teams to improve reliability, operational maturity, and platform adoption across the organization

About the Role You will play a key role in leading and scaling our DevOps and Cloud operations teams. Your mission is to ensure that our SaaS platform is reliable, scalable, and efficient, while enabling engineering velocity and high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with team management. You will work closely with R&D and Product to continuously improve our infrastructure, deployment processes, and production operations.

Responsibilities:
DevOps Management
* Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi).
* Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs with an SRE mindset.
* Manage monitoring, alerting, and incidents.
* Promote Kubernetes and scalable micro-services practices. SecOps & FinOps
* Support implementation of security best practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in collaboration with Security stakeholders.
* Participate in security incident response processes when relevant.
* Own cloud cost visibility and optimization processes, including tagging, monitoring, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
* Support business continuity and disaster recovery.
* Enforce cost-efficiency policies and guardrails. People & Process Management
* Manage and develop DevOps team.
* Establish and improve operational processes to support engineering delivery and production readiness.
* Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
* Provide operational metrics and updates to engineering leadership.

Advantages:

* Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and FinOps Practitioner.
* Experience with knowledge management or AI/ML-powered SaaS products.
* Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO).

We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to own customer delivery from supporting pre-sales through contract signature, and until full deployment

This role serves as the operational owner of the customer inside the company, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate can effectively combine small ongoing activities with large, complex deployment programs.

What you will do
Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects end‑to‑end across the EMEA region.
Coordinate installations and delivery involving hardware, contractors, and diverse technologies.
Serve as the operational point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent experience.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and global teams in a joint ownership model.
Present project status, risks, operational insights, and P&L impact to leadership.
Travel to customer sites when needed, including remote regions.
