Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hands-on R&D Team Leader to lead the development of innovative first AI assistant. The ideal candidate will lead a talented team of full-stack developers and data scientists, leveraging modern large language model (LLM) approaches to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team a fast phased working team
Strong technical skills & hands-on approach with the ability to drive architectural changes and new technologies adoptions.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of the AI assistant, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output, ensuring security aspects and allowing rapidly changing product requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, Security and IT, DevOps, and other teams in the R&D to align project goals with business objectives.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies to integrate modern LLM approaches into the product.
Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of the AI product.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
Requirements: Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills:
o Strong background in AI and machine learning, particularly with large language models.
Proficiency in full-stack development (Python, Java , Web Development).
Experience with cloud environments and technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
