DealHub's award-winning CPQ and Revenue Platform offers the most complete and connected revenue workflow for sales organizations. We are looking for a GTM Business Analyst to join our team and help build the Business Command Center. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data, business strategy, and daily execution. As the analytical engine behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, you will help launch new products, enter new markets, and optimize existing revenue streams, while also taking ownership of daily operational tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to gathering and analyzing essential data, as well as the ability to initiate and drive small-to-mid-sized GTM programs. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our revenue engine is running efficiently.
key Responsibilities
* Operational Ownership & Data Collection: Manage daily operational GTM tasks, including manual data gathering, tracking, and organization, ensuring full visibility even where automated pipelines are still being developed.
* Performance Tracking: Monitoring key GTM metrics and KPIs, sales pipeline health and CSM optimization.
* Sales & Marketing Alignment: Analyzing campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and the handover process from marketing to sales to ensure the revenue engine is running efficiently.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Building and maintaining dashboards to give leadership real-time visibility into the success of a GTM strategy.
* Market & Competitor Research: Analyzing market trends, identifying target audience segments, and evaluating competitor pricing and positioning.
* Pricing & Packaging: Assisting in the data modeling required to determine how a product should be priced and packaged for different market segments.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
* Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using BI/ reporting tools.
* Hands-on experience working with CRM and GTM systems, with the ability to quickly master new tools and processes.
* Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution of daily operational tasks.
* Experience analyzing sales, marketing, and customer success performance to generate actionable business insights.
* Proven experience driving process improvements and identifying automation opportunities.
* Strong project management, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality work.
