Voicenter, a leading global cloud communications company, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud architectures and secure CI/CD pipelines, driving technological excellence in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across our proprietary network cloud
Implement and optimize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and cloud configurations
Configure and optimize comprehensive monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Manage and optimize telecommunications infrastructure including SIP-based communication systems
Collaborate with SecOps team on security implementations and compliance processes
Drive automation initiatives to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
Requirements: Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering roles
Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization
Proficiency with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript development knowledge
Linux system administration skills and Git version control expertise
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP technologies
Advanced networking expertise and experience with network cloud environments
Proficiency with database technologies including MySQL, MSSQL, and database optimization
Experience with load balancers and reverse proxies (NGINX, HAProxy, F5, etc.)
Experience with security scanning tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of container security best practices and SAST/DAST implementation
Experience with secret management tools and secure configuration practices
Familiarity with compliance requirements (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR)
Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional, Azure Expert, etc.)
Background in telecommunications or unified communications platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Security-Focused Skills:
Implementation of security-first DevOps practices (DevSecOps)
Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools
Knowledge of secure coding practices and security audit processes
Understanding of network security, encryption, and access control mechanisms
Experience with compliance frameworks and security governance
