The Business Applications Manager will oversee the daily operations and continuous improvement of various business applications within the organization. This role ensures optimal functionality of all applications, alignment with company needs, and support of business objectives. The Manager will collaborate closely with different departments to align application functionalities with business goals and drive efficiency through innovative solutions.
The day-to-day:
Application Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of various business applications, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Benchmarking: Develop and implement strategies to measure application performance and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to enhance application functionalities, streamline processes, and improve user experience.
Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure applications meet their needs and support business objectives.
Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on application performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.
Requirements: Ideally, were looking for:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in application management, with a proven track record of managing and improving business applications.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in application management tools and software.
Familiarity with Marketo, Planhet, Outreach and Servicerocket advantage.
