WHAT YOULL DO:
Work closely with the Product and Frontend teams to design and improve the user experience.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
Participate in user research and testing to ensure that the designs meet the needs of our users.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

As a Senior Product Designer, youll own the full product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and opportunity, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation with users. Youll work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality delivery and measure the impact. Our goal: create experiences that solve our users most critical needs and with that feel iconic, instantly understood, memorable, and delightful to use.

About the Role:
Lead and own the full cycle of the product design process starting from problem definition to solution.
Ensuring consistency and excellence in design execution.
Conduct research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Translate complex workflows into simple, impactful user experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to align on goals, vision, solution, and outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Constantly iterate based on feedback and data.
Measure and analyze product performance post-launch and iterate accordingly.
