Your work will directly shape how thousands of merchants and millions of shoppers experience our online. Every project is different: one week you might be crafting a polished product page for a major release, the next building a bold campaign microsite, or rethinking the conversion flow of our homepage.

As a Webflow Developer & Creative Designer, you will:
Take ownership of the web experience (marketing site, landing pages, microsites, product pages) built on Webflow
Design, build, and maintain responsive Webflow pages (desktop/tablet/mobile)
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product, Content, and Engineering to translate strategy and campaigns into web visuals and flows
Ensure consistency of design, layout, typography, spacing, and visual branding across all pages
Implement and iterate on UI/UX best practices (navigation, performance, interactivity)
Optimize pages for conversion, including A/B tests, speed, SEO, and accessibility best practices
Maintain and update a design system / Webflow component library
Troubleshoot Webflow issues, browser compatibility, interactions, and micro-animations
Keep up to date with Webflow releases, new features, plugins, and best practices

As a Product Design Lead, youll take a holistic view, connecting product vision, user needs, and business goals while driving and initiating cross-company projects that shape the future of our product experience. Youll own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining problems, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation and high-quality delivery. Youll actively seek out ways to improve our products, processes, and team capabilities, ensuring we deliver solutions that are consistent, impactful, and loved by our users.

Participate in discovery efforts to generate an understanding of user needs and opportunities
Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively validate design ideas, and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Design a pixel-perfect UI to improve user productivity
Work alongside UX researchers, Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writers, and Data Analysts within your squad
Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations, and actively lead efforts to promote solutions
Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge and best practices
