youll play a key role in building and maintaining our test infrastructure, ensuring the quality of our highly secure digital asset platform. You will be responsible for developing automation, writing test plans, and owning the testing lifecycle across both automated and manual processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated tests across backend and frontend systems
Write and execute test plans based on product requirements and architecture
Perform manual tests where automation is not yet implemented
Take ownership of the full testing cycle, from design to reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards to track testing status and coverage
Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure system stability
Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers on testing strategy
Troubleshoot issues and raise clear, actionable bug reports
Participate in security and regression testing as needed

Youll own the testing lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in strengthening both product quality and the automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and modular automation frameworks for backend and frontend domains.
Define best practices, patterns, and standards for test automation architecture, ensuring long-term maintainability and reuse.
Build automation infrastructure that scales with growth integrating seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure automation systems are resilient, distributed, and optimized for speed and scalability.
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain advanced frameworks, tools, and technologies (Playwright, TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.) across multiple projects.
Drive GenAI and AI-assisted automation innovation, implementing smart agents, self-healing tests, or AI-based analysis tools.
Define and implement non-functional testing (NFT) capabilities performance, load, and reliability testing as part of the automation strategy.
Partner with developers, DevOps, and observability teams to correlate test data with production metrics and system health indicators.
Design solutions for distributed and parallel test execution, ensuring optimal performance in large-scale environments.
Conduct code and architecture reviews for automation projects to maintain technical excellence and consistency.
Mentor engineers and serve as the go-to expert for automation frameworks, scalability, and test strategy design.
