As a Head of DevOps, you will be leading a team of experienced DevOps engineers in a serverless environment. This is a unique position where the DevOps focus mostly on tools and automations to help the software engineers take control of their code from their IDE to production by themselves.

Our DevOps work is mostly on Platform Engineering tools, and our goal is to make almost all day-day DevOps requests a self-serve actions, to keep everything smooth and safe by automating it all

This position requires an experienced team leader that achieved success in their previous roles as a Leading DevOps manager, that wants to add a deeper challenge, focusing on the cool stuff only

* Build compelling technical and ROI narratives using performance metrics and customer outcomes.
* Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to bring customer feedback and unblock deployments.
* Create reusable assets (reference architectures, POC templates, best practices, demos).
* Support customers post-sale during early onboarding and expansion phases.
