At HiBob, youll play a key role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across our platform. Youll work closely with product designers, product managers, and developersleading UX research efforts, supporting feature development from ideation to delivery, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve our products user experience. What Youll Do
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product developmentfrom ideation to release.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain pointsand translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proactively initiate and lead UX improvement initiatives that enhance usability and increase user satisfaction.
Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Champion best practices in research methodologies within the team and across the company.

We are expanding our core Publishers product design team and looking for a passionate and experienced (UX/UI) Product Designer to join us. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of product designers, managers, clients, engineers, sales team and marketing to improve the business result for our publisher clients and the experience of their millions of readers around the world.
How youll make an impact:
Creating and iterating pixel perfect designs and ready for development mockups of B2B and B2C features. Accompanying the product team strategy through in-depth research and concept creation, together with data (qualitative and quantitative) utilization, while working closely with other product designers, PMs, RND, and business teams.
