We are looking for a highly motivated product manager to lead one of our product teams and own an end-to-end product domain in the Port platform.

What will you be doing?

Lead a product domain within the Port platform - together with a team of engineers and product designers, you will own an end-to-end product domain through leading ideation, execution, and launch of new features and capabilities.
Identify and validate product opportunities - own the discovery process by deeply exploring your domain in the Port platform to identify impactful problems and opportunities.
Own the product roadmap - identify and prioritize problems and opportunities within your/other Port platform domains.
Execute product plans - deliver value through product enhancements. Work together with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new product capabilities to life.
Communicate product updates & vision - develop a deep understanding of Ports offering and value proposition, and work with marketing to articulate them internally and externally.
Empower the company - provide easy and intuitive ways for all departments to consume and act upon product knowledge.

As a Product Solutions Lead, you will lead one of these pods, working at the intersection of product, marketing, and GTM.

Your job is to turn our platform's flexibility into a concrete, sellable solution. Leading a dedicated cross-functional team, you will take a specific offering from "0 to 1" and operate with high autonomy. Youll own everything from the technical roadmap to the solution's ultimate growth and business KPIs.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the Solution Vertical: Own the roadmap, technical definition, and execution for a specific offering (e.g., Engineering Intelligence, Autonomous Incident Resolution), operating autonomously to validate market fit and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Build the Technical Product: Design and build the "0 to 1" solution experience hands-on, including the architecture, configurations, and live demos that prove value to prospects and customers.
Drive Market Strategy: Conduct competitive analysis and partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, creating compelling technical content and messaging that resonates with engineering decision-makers.
Bridge the Product Gap: Translate market needs and solution gaps into structured feedback for the R&D team, ensuring the platform evolves to support your solutions requirements.
Enable Commercial Success: Equip sales and success teams with deep technical training and assets, while directly supporting strategic pre-sales and post-sales engagements to drive adoption.

As a Data Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business through successful data product development. You will be responsible for leveraging our unique data to empower all the teams across the company and be part of building great data exploration and storytelling products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.



Responsibilities

Build the expertise behind our data and have a deep understanding of how it should be collected, generated, processed, and how it serves the various platforms products.
Lead the development and execution of the data product roadmap, including defining the product vision, strategy, and key objectives.
Gather, define and prioritize data product requirements along with engineering and other product managers.
Use data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and the wider team, to provide updates and gather feedback.
Building and managing relationships with key partners and vendors.
