DevOps Engineer

We seek an open-minded, technical-savvy DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team.
We are heavily invested in open source and constantly search for new ideas and technologies to help support our fast-growing and diverging business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and advance our always-on AWS services production environments.
Lead efforts to improve its availability, performance & reliability.
Design and manage our cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:
4+ years in similar role
Expert with Linux systems
Extensive experience working on the Cloud (AWS services).

Intelligent and self-motivated with a passion for learning cutting-edge technologies.

Staff DevOps Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo

Job Type: Full Time

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will own production infrastructure across our cloud environments and work closely with platform, dev-infra and automation tests teams to drive operational excellence. You need to be ready to lead cross-team initiatives, proactively identify areas for optimization, and define scope both for yourself and the team.

You will be responsible for:
Keeping production stable and working, having a dedicated team as a first line of support.
Improvement of existing CI/CD processes based on the feedback from product and infra teams.
Improving the organization's FinOps posture.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Experience with FinOps best practices, including identifying excessive cloud spending across different categories.
Experience leading complex infrastructure projects (e.g. migration from one cloud provider to another).
Experience with AWS: RDS, Networking, EKS, EC2, Fargate.
Experience implementing and designing disaster recovery strategies.
Experience with IaaC-based infrastructure.
Proficiency in Python/Go, as most of the infrastructure components are written in these languages.

Requirements:
OUR DREAM CANDIDATE
3-5 years of experience as Devops Engineer
Proven experience building and maintaining high-scale, high-availability production systems for enterprise environments, with a track record of handling mission-critical systems.
Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS or GCP).
Strong hands-on experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized workloads in production.
Advanced knowledge in JavaScript
Advanced networking knowledge, including load balancing and firewall configuration.
Strong background in monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (New Relic, Datadog, Mezmo, Kibana), with experience implementing observability practices for distributed systems.
Fluency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation and system management.
Not a must, but well value any experience with these tools were already using:
Familiarity with messaging queues and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kinesis)
Proven experience in security best practices and vulnerability management.
Experience with SQL and modern data stack tools (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake, dbt).
Experience in software development is a strong advantage.
Degree in Computer Science (not a must; were always looking for super-talented people).
