We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to found and lead a new engineering team focused on developing next-generation Data Protection capabilities.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical ownership across various domains (low-level, Backend, Frontend) and people leadership and product vision. You will be responsible for defining the technical direction, building the initial product components, and growing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team from the ground up.
What will you Do?
The new team will be responsible for rapidly integrating existing capabilities and developing new, production-grade features. This will include:
Build and Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 3-6 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Drive Full-Stack Technical Delivery: Own the end-to-end architecture and technical design for the entire product stack. From the creation of low-level agent components to the web application controlling it, and overseeing the delivery of the entire product ecosystem.
Product & Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX Design, and multiple R&D teams to translate high-level and long-term vision into an executable product roadmap and technical specifications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with a background in low-level programming and a deep understanding of Windows internals to join one of our Platform group. Platform group is in charge of some of our most complex low-level areas, such as Windows agents Anti-Tampering (self-protection from a malware attempting to harm the agent), network sensors, and other kernel-side features involving both research and development.
By joining this team you will collaborate with talented engineers who are leading a feature through the whole development lifecycle. Your work will have an impact on millions of endpoints in one of the mainstream areas of the EPP/EDR agent.

As a new member of our distributed development team, you will work in both user-mode & kernel-mode, and deal with a large variety of fields. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for new detection capabilities, starting from researching the landscape of new Linux/Containers related security technologies through designing detection strategies and algorithms and delivering them at scale. You will work on low-level Kernel hooks to complicated detection engines and pure system engineering challenges. What will you do?
You will be responsible for detecting the newest malware and exploits based on SentinelOnes EPP platform. The role includes an end to end responsibility for behaviour based detection capabilities, starting from reversing the samples, designing new methods to detect or prevent those, and implementing it in the product in the end. You will be developing and using internal research tools, PoCs and discovering new ways to detect/prevent exploitation attacks (EoP, drive-by attacks and more). At the end of the day, your deliveries will enhance the security of dozens of millions of Windows endpoints which are protected by our platform.

The Data Collection team is responsible for essential security components, including the Collector, Cyshark, and Collector Gateway. Our mission is to develop and maintain high-performance, deep packet inspection software. This critical software operates across customer sites and cloud endpoints globally, ensuring secure data acquisition from all servers. We are a Rust-focused team committed to designing scalable, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities
Develop high-performance deep packet inspection software for deployment at customer sites and cloud data endpoints.
Design and lead the development of new feature sets and architectural changes for core data collection components.
