We are looking for a hands-on PPC & SEO Manager to support and expand Mindspaces digital growth across global markets. This role combines PPC campaign management with close collaboration with our external SEO team, ensuring paid and organic channels work together seamlessly to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and boost overall digital performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled, and experienced in both B2B and B2C environments, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable growth. Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta ( facebook / instagram ), and LinkedIn to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
* Collaborate with our external SEO team on content strategy, website improvements, and performance analysis to enhance organic visibility and results.
* Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels, with a deep understanding of how these systems operate and influence reporting.
* Use analytics platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio to extract, interpret, and act on performance data.
* Conduct market, keyword, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities across paid and organic channels.
* Partner with content, design, and marketing teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and website elements that impact User Experience and conversion performance.
* Apply data insights to refine strategy, optimize campaign efficiency, and support continuous improvement across all markets.
Requirements: Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience managing PPC and digital campaigns in a B2B or global, multi-market environment, with additional experience in B2C or e-commerce campaigns.
* Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta ( facebook / instagram ), and LinkedIn.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to identify and recommend website and content improvements.
* Deep technical understanding of analytics, tracking pixels, and attribution methods.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and similar tools to interpret and act on performance data.
