We are looking for a hands-on NPI & Quality Engineer to own and lead New Product Introduction activities while ensuring product quality across production and deployment.
This role serves as a key bridge between R&D, Operations, QA, and Production, supporting smooth product launches and high operational standards, and requires on-site presence at the production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead NPI processes from development to production readiness
Own QA activities related to new and existing products
Be present at the production site to oversee and control quality operations and manufacturing activities
Act as the main interface between R&D and Operations
Manage and control NPI documentation and processes, including TN (Technical Notes), waivers, deviations, and ECO/ECRs
Support production, QA, and manufacturing ramp-up activities
Define, implement, and improve quality processes, inspections, and acceptance criteria
Identify risks, gaps, and process improvements during product introduction
Ensure full documentation, procedures, and handover are production-ready.

We are looking for a NPI Configuration Engineer to join our team. The NPI Configuration Engineer will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects and ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing.

Your Day to Day
Own all engineering documentation: drawings, BOMs, work instructions, PNs
Manage engineering change processes (ECOs, MCOs, product revisions) end-to-end
Maintain data integrity in PDM/PLM and ERP systems (Priority, SolidPDM - advantage)
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from design to small-scale and mass production (including DFM/DFA/DFT, vendor support, and configuration control)
Participate in design reviews and support risk mitigation during development
Identify opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D LCM ( (Life Cycle Management) Engineer to lead technical engineering support within R&D. The role owns technical aspects of legacy products and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless design transfer and robust support across the product lifecycle. Acts as the primary technical interface between R&D, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Lead the NPI process from engineering handoff to production ramp-up.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to volume production.
Lifecycle Engineering
Provide technical support for legacy products.
Manage component obsolescence, implement design improvements, and resolve production issues.
R&D Support
Assist in prototype development, assembly, and iterative testing.
Conduct hardware and software verification to ensure design compliance.
Evaluate and approve component replacements, alternative parts, and ECOs.
Perform component-level troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.
Lead RCA and implement CAPA for field and production issues.
Certification & Compliance
Support product certification processes (e.g., EMC, Safety) and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and maintain documentation quality.
Production Interface
Serve as the technical point of contact for manufacturing and QA teams.
Provide real-time engineering support on the production floor.
Ensure alignment between R&D design intent and production execution.
