As the Frontend Core Tech Lead in our companys Platform group, youll own the technical direction of our core frontend infrastructure and design system, enabling every product team at our companyto build faster and with higher quality.

What am I going to do?
Lead the development and evolution of our companys frontend core platform.
Build, maintain, and improve the internal frontend framework used company-wide - ensuring it is scalable, stable, and optimized for developer velocity.
Develop and support tooling around Nx, remote caching, Rspack/Webpack, and build pipelines that accelerate development and reduce overhead.
Partner with product teams to ensure smooth integration with core infrastructure, guiding them on best practices for rendering, routing, bundling, and performance.
Drive cross-company initiatives that improve developer experience, reduce bundle size, and optimize runtime performance on both client and server.
Establish clear documentation, standards, and guidelines that help teams adopt and implement shared tooling and rendering strategies consistently.
Improve monitoring, observability, and debugging tools for our SSR/CSR platform to ensure reliability at scale.
Participate in on-call rotations, supporting the stability and health of the frontend platform.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in modern web development, with deep expertise in frontend architecture and platform-level engineering.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and core web technologies.
Hands-on experience with build tools and tooling ecosystems such as Nx, Webpack/Rspack, monorepos, and remote caching.
Proven experience designing or maintaining frontend frameworks, shared libraries, or large-scale infrastructure used by multiple teams.
Solid understanding of SSR/CSR, performance optimization, bundling strategies, and scalable frontend patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and improving developer experience at scale.
Ability to work across many teams, driving alignment and adoption of shared tooling and best practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in complex distributed environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineers, product, and platform stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) is a plus.
Fluency in English; a technical degree is an advantage but not required.
