Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 23 years in a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar senior technical role.
Proven experience designing and delivering complex multidisciplinary systems (hardwaresoftware integrations, Embedded systems, networking systems, etc.).
Strong expertise in modern C ++ ( C ++17/20+).
Experience with Real-Time or high-throughput streaming systems (e.g., ZeroMQ, Kafka, gRPC streaming, custom protocols).
Demonstrated ability to take a product from zero to one, including architecture, planning, and execution.
Strong system design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
