We are looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our Product team.
The Role: Product Team Lead
Product Leadership:
Provide product leadership to a team of Product Managers, defining and driving the vision for a set of products.
Partnership:
Work with partners, customers, stakeholders, and colleagues in a transparent and collaborative manner to maximize efficiency and cultivate a sense of one team.
Product Mentoring:
Mentor, assist, and build a team of Product Managers, helping define roadmaps, requirements, measurement, and roll-out plns.
Champion User-Centricity:
Combine data insights with user feedback to prioritize features that drive real value for our customers.
Dive Deep:
This is more than just a strategic role! Dive into product details, push teams to ship fast, and maintain an unwavering focus on user impact and adoption.
Requirements: 1. Proven Extraordinary Product Impact:
o 10+ years of experience in software product development roles.
o 5+ years in a product-management leadership position, managing teams of 6+ Product Managers.
o Experience within global B2C or B2B2C organizations.
2. Multi-Product Leadership:
o Demonstrated ability to lead several products within a single domain simultaneously.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Experience working with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within a US-based organization.
4. Technical Savviness and Business Acumen:
o A good balance of technical expertise and strategic business thinking.
o Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.
5. Communication and Presentation Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
o Capability to convey complex information simply and effectively to diverse audiences.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
o Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategies and measure success.
o Experience managing Data Analysts is a significant plus.
7. Language Proficiency:
o Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
o Native English proficiency is a significant plus.
