We are seeking a hands-on Lead Algorithm engineer who will initially join as a Senior Algorithm engineer and grow into leading a small algorithms team (up to 2 engineers).
This role combines deep algorithm development with increasing technical leadership, owning core R D deliverables, and influencing the companys technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms
Drive innovation in 3D vision, robotics, and multi-view geometry
Own core algorithmic R D hands-on
Gradually build and lead a small algorithms team
Translate product requirements into robust algorithmic solutions
Collaborate closely with product, software, and system teams

Requirements
5+ years of experience in algorithm development
Strong background in computer vision, 3D vision/graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning
High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)
Strong system -level thinking and software design skills
Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
