We are looking for a Project Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive execution across teams
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
Lead business application projects from concept to implementation
Manage operational processes, including documentation and task tracking
Define KPIs, analyze data, and generate performance reports
Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows
Support the COO in daily operations and company-wide coordination
Requirements: Requierments:
1 - 5 years of experience
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Management or related fields.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
Working on site only
