The HRIS Specialist role is focused on supporting HR systems, employee data, and core HR processes as part of the HRIS function. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate HR data management, smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities, and effective collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
This is a temporary maternity leave cover position.
How will you make an impact?
HRIS Operations:Provide daytoday operational support for HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and proper user access.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Support core HR processes including employee onboarding, changes, organizational updates, and offboarding activities.
Data & Position Management: Maintain and manage employee data, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems.
User Access & Permissions: Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights across HR systems in accordance with internal policies and security requirements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support ongoing HR operations and resolve systemrelated issues.
Reporting & Testing Support: Assist with data validation, basic reporting, and support system testing activities as needed.

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive HR Analyst to support a fast-paced, global organization. This role combines Business analytics and data management with a strong focus on translating complex data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, CX, Finance, Sales Ops, External Vendors, and global teams) to design KPIs, ensure data integrity, automate reporting, and drive data-informed decision-making across HR and business operations.

How will you make an impact?
HR data management - responsibility for overseeing the organizations HR data, including:
HeadCount (HC) data - Forecasting, movements, targets, overlaps, etc.
Data Integrity - cleanup & maintenance
HR Analytics
Analysis of HR metrics & trends using Excel, Power BI, and other HR systems and applications. Identify root causes impacting performance, and provide insights
Process improvement design
Create periodic executive reports & presentations and communicate data on a regular basis to key stakeholders
Design and automation of recurring report deliverables.
Day-to-day HR Operations - Overall responsibility to support the businesss HR Operations needs together with our HR shared service centers, to answers to employees requests, deliver HR reports, update systems with HR data, etc
Responsible for local (Israel) HR Operations for the CX organization.
Lead and support HR projects/programs as needed.
