An innovative and growing technology startup is looking for a Hands-On IT Manager to lead all IT infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and internal IT support activities.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure and cloud environment (AWS).
Oversee networking, user access, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Provide Tier 2/3 Technical Support for employees.
Manage IT assets, vendors, and procurement.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and IT best practices.
Work closely with management, engineering teams, and external partners.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / system Administration.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
Experience with networking, VPNs, Firewalls, IAM, and endpoint security.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
Advantage
Previous experience as an IT Manager in a startup environment.
Relevant certifications (AWS, CISSP, CISM, Azure, etc.).
Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with DevOps practices.
