Roles & Responsibilities: Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of Cardo ORV products (50%) and Safety solutions (50%) from inception through strategic planning, development, and end-of-life. Roadmap & Documentation: Create and maintain MRDs and PRDs for both domains. Contribute to roadmap planning and ensure alignment with company objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business owner, Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to prioritize requirements based on customer insights and market trends. Development Leadership: Drive multidisciplinary product development for ORV and Safety lines according to the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the entire product range. Resolve critical issues throughout the lifecycle. Lead in-depth understanding of the competition and positioning of the products. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively interface with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and alignment across both product areas.
