We are looking for dedicated Security Infrastructure Professionals to join our team. This role involves designing and executing projects in complex on-premises and cloud environments for company clients, including network cloud security solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute security projects across complex local and cloud environments for company clients.
Deploy, configure, and maintain NGFW systems (Fortinet, Palo Alto), CNAPP, and AppSec solutions.
Troubleshoot complex networking issues, ensuring deep operational understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP).
Provide high-level technical support, service, and guidance to clients.
Collaborate on network and security infrastructure projects to ensure high availability and alignment with client needs.
Continuously expand technical knowledge and participate in specialized company-provided training.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT security infrastructure or network communications.
Strong hands-on experience in deploying and configuring network and cybersecurity systems.
Deep understanding of networking protocols and routing (e.g., BGP).
Proven experience in technical customer support and service.
Strong learning abilities and a high customer service mindset.
Technical proficiency in English.
Must be able to undergo a security clearance process and technical evaluations.
Ability to work on-site during the first year (no remote work option available for Year 1).
