HRIS Specialist will take ownership of global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform,
workforce structure management, data integrity, and HR systems interfaces. The HRIS Specialist
will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR systems, managing accurate
employee data and supporting various HR processes across the organization.
Requirements: * Oversee the administration, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the global HCM platform and HR information systems ( HRIS ), ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and user support
*Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyze problems, and lead technical solutions in collaboration with implementors, development and support teams.
*Establish data governance practices to maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the HR information systems. Regularly audit and cleanse up data to minimize errors and discrepancies.
Monitor and address data integrity issues and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
*Monitor and manage the smooth functioning of interfaces between the HCM platform and other HR systems.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance User Experience and operational efficiency.
