We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Kusto organization. In this role, you will own and drive significant backend and frontend components, shape architectural decisions, and help evolve the RealTime Intelligence (RTI) platform in our Fabric-building systems that deliver ‑low latency‑ insights at massive scale.
Responsibilities
Own the design and implementation of major backend and frontend components in a distributed, high SLA‑ system.
Drive architectural decisions for cloud services, APIs, and user facing‑ experiences.
Build scalable, performant backend services and high-quality frontend applications that enable ‑real time‑ data exploration.
Lead features end-to-end‑ from design through production deployment and ‑long term‑ operation.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design partners across geographies.
Identify and address issues in reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
Participate in on call rotations and lead mitigation of complex, ‑high impact‑ production incidents.
Requirements: Qualifications
7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Full Stack experience in C#,JavaScript ,React and modern frameworks.
Experience building and operating large scale distributed systems and cloud native‑ services with high availability and operational excellence.
Others:
Ability to drive projects with minimal oversight and influence technical direction.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience with real time analytics, observability, or ‑data intensive‑ systems.
Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and system performance.
Experience influencing architecture beyond a single feature or component.
