we are looking for a UX/UI designer with a proven track record of building and maintaining cutting edge security products. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. This role requires to be hands-on and to define the teamwork process to enable effective UX work.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the products design vision, framework, and UX strategy
Define visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
Work closely with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements
Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle including product definition, user research, deliverables definition, effort estimation, design, usability testing and post-launch evaluation
Perform usability testing and prototyping with clients and sales engineers
Work closely with R&D, QA and Product Management to design, execute and review the implementation of the requirements
Create concepts while balancing business goals and users needs. Define information architecture and plan clear navigation models. Produce wireframes and prototypes to create simple, intuitive, usable, and engaging experiences for our users.

* Lead the design and development of Windows desktop applications using technologies such as C# (.NET) C++ Go Rust , or Python

* Drive high-quality integrations with AWS services like S3, Lambda (serverless), EC2, and DynamoDB
* Proactively identify technical and architectural challenges, and craft scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions
* Oversee and enhance application installation, deployment, and update processes with a focus on security and user experience
* Foster a collaborative, respectful work environment , supporting team members and driving alignment with cross-functional teams
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and shared knowledge
* Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new tools, techniques, or improvements to enhance team effectiveness

You will be the owner of your domain in your product team and work closely with Product Managers, Art and Animation teams, Economy, BA and Monetization.
You will also be responsible for the user testing of the products you develop.
