We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager (PM) to lead end-to-end project execution across multidisciplinary R D organization. This role requires strong technical understanding, operational control, and leadership maturity to manage the full project lifecycle-from planning and scoping, through design, development, system -level testing, and final release. You will serve as a key point of coordination across R D, QA, Product, Operations, and Customer Support
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in project management of multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, mechanics).
* Proven experience managing system -level testing, validation, and product readiness cycles.
* Deep understanding of the development lifecycle: scoping, design, development, integration, testing, and GA.
* Hands-on experience with project management tools: MS Project (required), Azure DevOps (TFS), Concerto (advantage).
* Demonstrated experience with matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience working directly with customers, managing expectations, and delivering high-satisfaction outcomes.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple simultaneous efforts.
* Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.
