We are seeking a talented and experienced business intelligence team lead for a leading organization in Tel Aviv.
Lead and manage a BI development team, including task delegation, project management, and progress tracking.
Full responsibility for developing, optimizing, and maintaining BI and DWH processes.
Your work will directly influence the success of their data -driven strategies.
Work with internal teams ( data engineers, analysts) and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, from requirement gathering through to execution.
Requirements: BI Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in BI development
Strong background in ETL and data Warehousing ( DWH ) processes.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI (PBI) or Tableau, with a solid understanding of data modeling and report/dashboard design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams
Quick learner with a creative problem-solving approach, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced client environment.
