We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Collections & Billing Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for end-to-end global customer billing, collections, and account management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing complex billing processes, global collection activities, and account reconciliations — with at least 7 years of proven experience in similar positions. Responsibilities:
* Manage global customer billing, collections, and invoicing processes
* Oversee global collection and reconciliation
* Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
* Prepare statements, forecasts, and periodic Aging reports on a global basis for LiveU group.
* Perform bank receipts and reconciliations and other account reconciliations as needed.
* Identify and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
* Generate and maintain financial reports for management review.
* Lead collection and billing projects together with MIS and other stakeholders
* Perform other finance-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail , work in a goal-oriented manner, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in billing and collections.
* Accounting courses 1 & 2 – required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must. Excellent English skills – advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English (a must).
* Degree in a relevant field – advantage.
* Experience with Priority ERP system – advantage.
* Experience working with multiple currencies – advantage.
* Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
