A leading multidisciplinary medical device company in the north seeks a Software & Firmware Team Manager.
Role: Lead system architecture, Embedded firmware design ( Embedded C / C ++ for MCUs), and cybersecurity strategy (Secure Boot, Threat Modeling). Manage a 4-person team (hands-on required), drive Agile projects, and ensure medical regulatory compliance (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA), reporting to VP R&D.
Requirements: Requirements: B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science. 10+ years of multidisciplinary software/firmware experience (medical background - strong advantage). Proven hands-on Embedded C / C ++ skills, background in medical standards/cybersecurity, and strong engineering documentation skills. team lead experience - an advantage.
