- Manage and support customers throughout all post-sale processes, from order receipt to full delivery.
- Monitor and control performance against schedule, quality, resources, and budget targets, including risk management and regular KPI-based reporting to management.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, etc.) in a matrix structure to meet customer commitments.
- Provide Real-Time problem solving and present solutions to customers in a professional and effective manner.
- Generate status reports territory by region and customers.
- Coordinate between departments and ensure adherence to defined metrics (with emphasis on OTD, Yield, customer complaints, and more).
- Back-office capabilities - assistance with organizing and preparing data for submission of long term agreements.
- Pricing - working on cost/pricing profit optimization
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project/program management - strong advantage
- Background in electronic components/systems/Semiconductors
- Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, including support and service - mandatory
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Fluent English at a native level - mandatory 1-2years of experience in project/program management
