Post Market R&D team is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and versatile Software Engineer to maintain and enhance released products and developing innovative, high-quality solutions addressing field, regulatory, cybersecurity, and market needs.
The primary focus of this role is Windows Desktop software development, including applications, tools, services, installers, and utilities for medical products and medical applications.
The ideal candidate brings a strong and broad software engineering background, with a proven ability to contribute across multiple software domains such Web, Cloud , DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Windows Desktop Software Development: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based desktop applications, tools, services, installers, and utilities.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in products and applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Hardware, System, QA, and Product teams to meet project goals. Act as the primary technical contact for inquiries and provide ongoing support.
Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive Software Development Lifecycle Documentation, including design and verification documents, complying medical standards.
Security & Compliance: Conduct security assessments and ensure adherence to medical software standards. Maintain SBOMs (Software Bill of Materials)
DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to DevOps activities, CI/CD pipelines, automation and utilities. Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and PowerShell.
Requirements: Windows Desktop applications development: Proven hands‑on experience developing and maintaining Windows Desktop applications. Strong experience with: C# / .NET / .NET Framework, C++, WPF, WinForms, WCF. Experience supporting legacy Windows applications.
Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Windows operating system concepts and APIs.
Version Control: Experience with Git and SVN.
Code Quality & Testing: Familiarity with code testing methods, static analysis tools, and coding standards.
Embedded and Firmware Development Familiarity - Huge Advantage!
Cloud applications: Experience with AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms. Understanding of SaaS architectures and applications. Experience with AWS services (i.e: EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc). Cloud application development - advantage.
Web Backend Development: Experience with C# / .NET Core, RESTful Web API development, Microservices architecture - advantage.
Databases: SQL & NoSQL databases - advantage.
Web Frontend Development: Experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - advantage.
