A leading company in northern Israel is seeking a DevOps Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a DevOps team while remaining hands-on, as part of a group that includes several DevOps teams.
Lead the implementation, development, and execution of DevOps methodologies and processes based on requirements defined by multiple projects.
Build and maintain flexible, fast, and efficient processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle, using advanced technologies and tools while continuously optimizing and improving workflows.
Support development and integration teams throughout the release process to development and customer environments.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role.
At least 3 years of experience managing and leading a DevOps team of 5 or more employees.
Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Experience with Git source control management.
Experience writing scripts in Bash and Python.
Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
Experience working with Docker containers.
Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure; familiarity with OpenShift is an advantage.
Experience working with Helm.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible or Terraform is an advantage.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices is an advantage.
Experience working with public cloud environments, particularly AWS, and private cloud environments is an advantage.
A B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a significant advantage.
