About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on QA team lead to join our Digital Division and lead QA activities across controllers, web platforms, and mobile applications. The role combines team leadership with hands-on testing, while building scalable QA processes (manual automation) and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Define TEST plans for new features with R D and Product teams
Lead and manage an Automation Engineer
Execute and oversee manual + automated testing (Web, Mobile, Controllers)
Build and improve QA workflows, documentation and processes
Manage the bug lifecycle end-to-end with development teams
Analyze production issues and support continuous improvement
Requirements: Requirements:
5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a team lead / management role
Hands-on experience with manual testing - mandatory
Experience testing Web Mobile applications
Familiarity with automation testing tools - with a strong preference for Cypress
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
Advantages:
Experience testing hardware-software integrated systems - significant advantage
Familiarity with Git, Trello, and Monday.com - strong advantage
Experience working with IoT systems
Technical background with controllers / Embedded / electronic systems
