Key Responsibilities: Identify, initiate, and lead business opportunities across Europe and the broader EMEA region
Establish strategic partnerships and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
Lead and manage complex, system -level business campaigns and pursuits
Conduct market analysis and gather business intelligence to support growth strategies
Drive long-term marketing and business development initiatives
Expand into new markets and strengthen presence in existing ones
Lead negotiations and manage all aspects of programs, including scope, quality, schedule, and budget Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or marketing in international markets
Military background in an aircrew position - mandatory
Rotorcraft aircrew experience - an advantage
Strong business acumen with proven experience in negotiations and contract closure
Highly proactive and independent, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong representation capabilities
system -level thinking with a strategic and commercial mindset
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and work non-standard hours
High level of English proficiency
