Job Description
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers across various product lines to collect, analyze, and consolidate clinical AI needs into unified feature level requirements.
Ensure consistent prioritization of AI requirements based on clinical impact, productstrategy, and technical feasibility.
Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with Product Managers to refine requirements, capture gaps, and adapt prioritization as products evolve.
Translate cross product needs into clear, structured definitions, user flows, CTQs, and feature specifications for the AI R&D team.
Ensure alignment and consistency of requirements across teams to support development of an AI agnostic clinical capability.
Collaborate with AI, Data, Clinical and UX functions to ensure requirements are fully understood, feasible, and traceable.
Identify requirement-level risks, inconsistencies, or conflicts and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, rationales, and prioritization decisions to support transparency and regulatory processes.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fintech to lead our financial products, payment experiences, cash management flows, and financial operations tools across the company`s ecosystem, with a clear mission: enabling heavy cash users to access the same digital benefits, marketplaces, and financial convenience that are usually available only to digitally paying customers.

What Will You Do
Understand our financial ecosystem, including payments, cash management, settlements, and operations.
Act as the primary go-to person, providing strategic direction and clarity on fintech and financial product domains across the organization.
Define and execute the fintech product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve payment reliability, financial accuracy, compliance, and scalability while providing digital access for cash-first users.
Lead new Fintech and cash management solutions, ensuring secure financial flows across payments and settlements.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable systems, automated controls, and clear dashboards to monitor KPIs and efficiencies.
Create clear documentation, rollout plans, and training materials to support adoption and ensure financial products remain auditable and aligned with internal stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Fraud and Security teams to ensure system integrity.

Were looking for a Product Manager - Operations to build the backbone of OUR execution engine. You will design and scale the systems that power couriers, dispatchers, and city managers across 40+ cities. Your work will directly impact delivery times, operational efficiency, contribution margin, and our ability to grow sustainably.

What Will You Do
Courier Experience (Courier App): You will design and scale the end-to-end courier experience, from onboarding and activation to order acceptance, delivery flow, cash handling, and performance visibility, driving higher productivity, retention, and on-time delivery.
Dispatch & Internal Operational Tools: You will build real-time operational systems for monitoring, interventions, and performance, optimizing current processes with structured, automated, and data-driven execution at scale.
Cash Operations Infrastructure: In a cash-heavy market, you will build scalable cash operations systems, enabling accurate courier collection and reconciliation, minimizing discrepancies, and standardizing processes across cities to strengthen financial control and protect margins.
Order Lifecycle & Optimization: You will own assignment logic, zoning configuration, delivery time estimation, and continuously experiment to help the ops team reduce cost per order and improve marketplace efficiency and balance at scale.
