We are seeking an Office Manager (temporary position for maternity leave coverage) to play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-quality service to all employees. Location: Yokneam, Israel Position Scope: 80% position, on-site daily, (5 days a week).
?Scope & Responsibilities?Administrative Management:
* Provide professional administrative support and high-quality service to company employees.
* Manage daily office administrative activities and workflows.
* Greete visitors, address their inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate contacts.
* Assist employees visiting from other sites with hotel accommodation and transportation arrangements.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workspaces and coordinating necessary equipment.
* Manage company mobile phone and leased vehicle operations. Office Maintenance: Manage office supplies, groceries, and office equipment.
* Supervise the cleaning staff.
* Address office maintenance issues promptly and source appropriate solutions as needed. Shipments & Logistics:
* Manage local and international shipments via courier platforms and customs authorities.
* Coordinate and process customer product shipment orders using the ERP system.
* Manage customer correspondence related to orders and deliveries, including order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer requests.
* Provide customer service within the logistics process, including order follow-up, shipment tracking, and resolving delivery-related issues.
* Handle import/export processes in coordination with freight forwarders and relevant local or international authorities.
* Oversee domestic and international shipping operations, including coordinating pickups, tracking shipments, and supporting customs clearance. Executive Support:
* Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including preparation for board meetings and coordination of investor visits.

* Knowledge and practical experience in Priority or other ERP system - An advantage.
