We are seeking an experienced Python Tech Lead to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional who can work independently, lead technical initiatives, and engage directly with our clients to deliver high-quality solutions.As a Python Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of robust Python applications while serving as a technical point of contact for our clients. You'll have the autonomy to make architectural decisions, guide technical direction, and mentor team members while managing your projects and driving results.
Responsibilities
Leading technical architecture and design decisions for Python applications. Working directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications and solutions. Mentoring team members and conducting code reviews. Managing your own workload and delivering projects independently. Communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contributing to best practices and technical standards within the team.

Experience working with cloud platforms: Azure or AWS
Experience with databases: SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB).
