We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in integrating healthcare machine systems with our Equashield cloud solution, ensuring seamless data mapping and flow from customer systems into our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration of healthcare machine systems with the Equashield cloud platform, including data mapping and validation with diverse customer data sets.
Collaborate directly with customers, understanding their technical and business needs to design practical and effective solutions.
Automate existing manual service and support processes, improving speed and accuracy by developing scripts and tools.
Perform advanced data analysis including Big Data processing, logs, and database querying to identify and solve system issues.
Requirements: Proficient in programming, preferably Python or JAVA, with experience in automation and scripting.
Proactive and self-learning attitude.
Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL, and mapping between heterogeneous healthcare data sources.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to confidently engage with international customers and internal teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and a can do attitude.
Experience working in healthcare or medical device integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with Big Data tools, log analysis, and database querying (e.g., SQL) is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
