Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? we are currently seeking applicants for a Student to IT Department. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the IT team to provides technical assistance, support, and advice internal users.

Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.
What you will be doing:
Provide technical support to internal users through phone, email, and in-person communication.
Assist to install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
User support, hardware, and software installations (stationary/mobile) and troubleshooting.
System and equipment maintenance as part of the infrastructure team.
Partner in carrying out tasks and projects as part of the infrastructure team.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree student in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Commitment to at least two days a week (Sunday-Thursday) between the hours of 7:00-16:20
Knowledge of OFFICE software with an emphasis on Excel - an advantage
Knowledge of the English / Russian language - an advantage
