We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role combines people-focused HR responsibilities, day-to-day office administration, and assistance with basic procurement and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off boarding, and personnel record management.
Coordinate recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Assist with HR documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and time-off tracking.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in HR administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency with common office and HR tools (e.g., MS Office, HR systems).
